This Leica Rugby 840 does not seem to spin when I turn it on. The laser comes on and shoots a laser vertically and horizontally, but does not spin. If you are handy with this type of equipment, you might be able to tune it up and make it work. Includes 840 unit and the Leica case without latches. If you don’t want the yellow case, message me.
