Worm Gear Ratio -1:36, which means that the 1 handle rotation shall turn the table by 10 Degrees. Center Height in vertical position: 2-1/16 (50 mm approx). Hand wheel is graduated in divisions of 10 min & can be set to zero. Can be mounted both in Horizontal & vertical position. 100 mm Self Centering Chuck & Backplate. A high Quality 100 mm 3 Jaw Self centering chuck body made from SG Iron & Jaws are of Tool steel hardened & ground. A set of reversible jaws is supplied extra. Supplied with a mounting back plate & fixing tee nuts with screws. (though the picture is not showing the same). Designed to fit our 3 or 4 Rotary table with either 3 or 4 slots. The Back plate has been drilled in a manner that it will fit to a 3 slot or a 4 slot rotary table. The recess of the back plate is machined perfectly to fit the recess of the chuck to avoid any play. This Tailstock is mostly used in between our Rotary Table 3″ , Rotary Table 3″ Tilting, Rotary Table 4″ , Rotary Table 4″ Tilting and Rotary Table 4 HV4 Models. It is used when between Centre Work is Required. These are adjustable for different hieghts & also having fine feed centre point and the centre tip is hardend and Ground.
