Rotary Table 3 with 70 mm Independent Chuck. Regular 80 mm horizontal/ vertical Rotary Table complete. Vertical centre height 44 mm, in 3 Slots & 4 Slots. One turn = 10 degrees. Table graduated 360 degrees, Nice smooth rotation. High quality 70 mm independent lathe chucks. Exceptionally high quality 4 jaw lathe chucks. These are Very well engineered throughout, made of good quality material. It is having a recess for back plate mounting. It comes with reversible jaws and a Chuck Key, These Jaws are Hardened and Ground to HRC 58-62. This Tail stock is mostly used in between our Rotary Table 3″ , Rotary Table 3″ Tilting, Rotary Table 4″ , Rotary Table 4″ Tilting and Rotary Table 4 HV4 Models. ROTARY TABLE 4 + 70 MM INDEPENDENT CHUCK + BACKPLATE. Our 4 (100 mm) Rotary Table is Designed for smaller milling machines. Table diameter 100 mm. Table is graduated 360 Degrees. Worm Gear Ratio -1:36, which means that the 1 handle rotation shall turn the table by 10 Degrees. Center Height in vertical position: 2-1/16 (50 mm approx). Hand wheel is graduated in divisions of 10min & can be set to zero. Can be mounted both in Horizontal & vertical position. A high Quality 4 Jaw Independent chuck, the body of chuck is made from SG Iron & Jaws are of Tool steel hardened & ground. Supplied with a mounting back plate & fixing tee nuts with screws. The Back plate has been drilled in a manner that it will fit to a 3 slot or a 4 slot rotary table. The chuck mounting is Thread M14 x 1. This Tailstock is mostly used in between our Rotary Table 3″ , Rotary Table 3″ Tilting, Rotary Table 4″ , Rotary Table 4″ Tilting and Rotary Table 4 HV4 Models. It is used when between Centre Work is Required. These are adjustable for different hieghts & also having fine feed centre point and the centre tip is hardend and Ground.
