Up for sale is a complete SMW 5C Indexer CNC 4th Axis Rotary Trunnion Table w/New Controller. 100% complete and ready to plug in (120v standard power plug) and use! These indexer machines have been fully re-conditioned and retrofitted with new servo drives and controllers. The controller is a 1-axis programmable unit that can operated fully independently, or it can talk with nearly any CNC control or PLC through M-Code handshake commands. This indexer may also operate as a fully integrated 4th axis on any CNC controller that supports coordinated motion control though pulse and direction positioning (such as LinuxCNC, Mach 3, or Mach 4). The SMW indexers have a 5C collet mount and may be separated from the trunnion table base.

Haas T5C4 4-Postion 5-Axis Rotary Trunnion MINT
I bought this new in early 2012. We used it for one job for about 50 hours. It then sat for about 10 years under cover in my shop. We tried to use it a few years ago, and it the modules wouldn’t align. It turned out there were some rubber shock dampers in each of the segments that had rotted and crumbled up while sitting in the oil in each compartment over the years. We contacted Haas, and they took it back and completely rebuilt it to the latest spec with new improved rubber shock dampers. We have not used it since we got it back. It is still wrapped up from the factory. It is “new” by almost any standard. Can be inspected and tested at Traxxion Dynamics in Woodstock, GA. Will pack and seal in solid wooden crate.
