Rotary Table HV4 with Back Plate & 100 mm Chuck. Our Rotary Table HV4 is having a Table Diameter : 110 mm (4-3/8″) & Table Height: 80 mm (3 -1/8″). Worm Gear Ratio – 1:90, which means that 1 handle rotation shall turn the table by 4 Degrees. Center Bore of the Table MT 2. Table Graduated 360 Degrees. Hand wheel graduated in seconds. Vernier scale is calibrated to 10 seconds. 2 Oiling Points for a direct lubrication of the Table for longer life & better performance. Can be clamped in Horizontal as well Vertical Position. It is combined with a high Quality 100 mm 3 Jaw Self centering chuck body made from S G Iron & Jaws are of Tool steel hardened & ground. A set of reversible jaws is supplied extra. Supplied with a mounting back plate & fixing tee nuts with screws. (though the picture is not showing the same). Designed to fit our 3 or 4 Rotary table with either 3 or 4 slots. The Back plate has been drilled in a manner that it will fit to a 3 slot or a 4 slot rotary table. The recess of the back plate is machined perfectly to fit the recess of the chuck to avoid any play.
