We post items which are less than 15Kg via Hermes.. For pallet deliveries we will need a name, address, contact number and any vehicle restrictions to the property. All pallet deliveries will come on a truck with a tail lift. All our items are located at our warehouse/workshop at Unit 4 Welkin Road, Stockport, SK6 2BH. Collections are free of charge. We have a forklift on site and can assist with the loading. If you are unsure about the suitability of the vehicle you have for collecting an item you desire, please get in touch with the make and model of the car and we can advise. It can occasionally work out cheaper to hire a van to collect items. All items will be in full working order unless described otherwise. We can demonstrate the machines working at our warehouse and may be able to send a short video demonstrating its functions. Some items may require some slight adjustments or tuning depending on the capacity in which you require the machine. We do ask that you get in touch with us to resolve any issues before leaving bad feedback. Viewings are recommended and available on all items. Viewings are by appointment only to ensure that we are available on any given day and that we can have the item accessible to be viewed and checked. The best way to arrange a viewing is by giving us a call. If you are unable to view an item before purchasing, we kindly ask you to study the photos on the listing. We try to take good quality photos in good lighting to give you a clear representation of the item including any damage or faults. The photos do make up part of the description of an item. If there is something that cannot be seen on the photos or is not listed in the item description, please ask us and we will be happy to answer your questions.
