Troyke 15 Precision Rotary Table Horizontal & Vertical Model U-15
Please study the pictures closely. This item is a used Troyke 15 precision rotary table. I completely disassembled, cleaned, lubricated, adjusted and reassembled the entire unit. It works very nicely. As you can see in the pictures the table is very clean with only two small 1/8 drill bit marks. The table operation is free and smooth. The table lock works as it should. The worm shaft is nice and straight and engages smoothly. I’ve owned a number of rotary tables. The one thing that really bothers me is the hand wheel being too large a diameter to allow the table to rest flat on a surface while in the horizontal position. The hand-wheel is always in the way. Therefore, the hand-wheel carries the full weight of the table and bends the worm shaft over time. This worm shaft is straight. I took the time to build a custom aluminum hand-wheel that allows the table to sit on a flat surface in the horizontal position. 100 between the bottom of the wheel and the surface it sits on. I also added a nice little brass handle. The hand-wheel works great. It weighs about 200 lbs. Add another 20 lbs for the pallet.
