PHASE II 5C COLLET INDEXER ROTARY SPIN INDEXING FIXTURE VERTICAL HORIZONTAL. In lightly used condition. Was being used on a milling machine and parted out in just used condition. In fine working condition. Specs taken from same item at Penn Tool Co. Phase II, 5C Horizontal/Vertical Collet Index Fixture – 225-205. Rapid opening and closing is performed with a leverage ratio of 100 to 1. Patented single lever action activates the indexing mechanism. Convenient ratchet mounted on front of spindle provides rapid indexing. Precision ground Index plate has 24 indexing positions (15 increments). Threaded Spindle is Hardened & Ground 2-1/4 – 8 TPI. Accepts all 5C collets. Cylindrical center bore (part 1) concentricity. Spindle center line parallelism. Base to face squareness. Center slot to dividing spindle concentricity. Haas 6 HRT-160 4th Axis Rotary Table CNC Indexer with Servo Controller WORKING
Very nice HRT 160 6″ (6.25″) 4th axis. Removed from a shop that recently closed. Ran fine on the last job, just pulled it back out, fired right up, program sent it right to its presets, return to zero, jog up and down, etc. There’s a gouge in the surface of the table- Apprentices…. Table top comes right off if you wanted to replace it. I can’t test every possible function, as we don’t have a machine to set it up on anymore, but everything seems in order. It’s 150 pounds! Contents of this packaged deal. Fadal 4th Axis Rotary Table Indexer. Upgraded E5 Rotary Optical Encoder. Fadal Servo Controller Included. Machined Aluminum Face-Plate also included. Power cord for the Servo Controller. VH65 Rotary Table has been hooked up into the Fadal Servo Controller and the Table Axis Rotates just Fine. No signs of machine crashing into the unit. Looks the way it should for its age. Was maintained well from the history relayed to us. Was recently upgraded with. E5 Rotary Optical Encoder , but I believe was never actually put into production due to a change in the company’s product manufacturing. Question : Is the original hardware is available to put the motor back together to its original state. That’s as far as I can take questions. I can test more in depth for you and video record the results. IF you advise me with the Code to input to the controller. Will stand behind the info stated above.
