ROTARY TABLE 100 MM. 100 MM ROTARY VICE. 4 Inch (100 mm) Rotary Table’s is a Precision Small Rotary Table for Milling operation. Its Table Diameter is 4 or (100 mm) with 3 slots. Height – 47 mm. Worm- Gear Ratio – 36:1, which basically means that 1 handle rotation shall turn the table by 10 Degrees. Table graduated in 360 Degrees & the scale calibrated in 5 degree increment. Centre Height in Vertical position is 52 mm. Can be used in both horizontal & vertical position. This combination completes with our high grade close grain caste Iron. Fits our 4 (100 mm) Rotary Tables perfectly. The moving jaw has V-grooves to hold Round objects. Again these vices are drilled in a manner that these can fit to a 3 as well 4 slot table. The Drills are counter bored to ensure that the fixing screws sets perfectly ensure perfect movement. It can be used in either the horizontal or vertical postion and we sell accessories such as dividing plates, tail stocks and chucks for these units. These are inspected using the Heidenhan method for consistent high quality. 6 slots allow for easy clamping of the work to the table surface. MT3 center hole , 5/8 t-slot size. Overall height is 4.13 inches. We also sell a package that includes the tail stock and dividing plates for this.
