Oiled up and kept on a shelf for many years. The rotary table is smooth but a little tight when turning. Was told the the worm screw needs to be manually adjusted. New owner can do adjustments to get the desired feel of the knob. No significant damage rotary table. Appears to be light scratches on bottom surface. Top of rotary table and sides dont have damage.
