Vintage Palmgren/Craftsman HORIZONTAL/VERTICAL ROTARY TABLE. Horizonal, Vertical Slides and Worm gear drive for 360 rotary all feed smoothly. Backlash on the controls are good in my opinion (I do have a mechanical background so I’m a “little” familiar with this type of rotary but not an expert). It has adjustable wear plates for the horizonal & vertical slides. It also has two locks for the rotating bed. I did find some numbers but they look like manufacturers parts match numbers for the two halves. Has normal wear for it’s age. (to the best of my ability). Please ask any questions or for more pics. Palmgren Horizontal Vertical Rotary Table 10 Inch 9634105. Condition is listed as used, but it looks like new and pre-owned. Bought from estate sale, and owner said it was never used. Oiled up and kept on a shelf for many years. The rotary table is smooth but a little tight when turning. Was told the the worm screw needs to be manually adjusted. New owner can do adjustments to get the desired feel of the knob. No significant damage rotary table. Appears to be light scratches on bottom surface. Top of rotary table and sides dont have damage. Please ask questions before purchasing and inspect photos. Palmgrens rotary tables perform a variety of operations. The table top and the vertical and horizontal bases are ground for overall squareness. Precision ground table top to 0.001 total indicator reading. A 5/8 keyway and mounting lugs are provided on both the vertical and horizontal mounting surfaces. Balanced ball crank feed handle does not exceed below the base to eliminate interference with the machine table. Rotary dial is graduated in 3 minute increments and 1 minute increments on the vernier. Palmgren Horizontal/Vertical Rotary Table 10 NOS. Item has never been used and is essentially new but is listed as’Used’ since it has been sitting in my garage for a number of years. There are cosmetic light surface rust stains on the bottom surface which I have tried to capture in the photos. We are anticipating moving next year, so I’m cleaning out the garage.
