Roto-Technology Roto-Grind Rotary Table No. 407 V HD Owner Refurbished
This item was refurbished by me. I’m a machinist with the proper equipment to do this work. The model 407 V HD is their heavy duty model with a 7 rotary table. It can be positioned either horizontally on its base or vertically on its foot. Horizontal base precision ground. Vertical foot precision ground. Powered back up & table reground under power (4 hours of grind time to spark out). Repainted I’m not a painter. It’s not perfect. Control box inspected to make sure all connections were good. Reassembled again with all new grease and oil. The table was inspected on a granite surface plate certified to 40 micro-inches using a TESA height gauge good to. 16 points were inspected around the outer-most perimeter of the table. The results were back to original specifications. 0001 2.0354 to 2.0355. It has to be done correctly.
