Axis Rotary Table with Servo Motor and Drive.. Up for sale is a B170 4. It Is brand new condition and has all the wires and drives you need to run it. B170 roller cam rotary table. Anasonic motor(MGMF092L2H6M) 850W with brake and 23 bit encoder. Torque is 5.41 Nm and peaktorque is 14.3 Nm. The driver for this motor is MDDLN45SE, step and direction input. Power supply is either single phase 220V or 3-phase 220V. I have attached the data sheets and dimensions in the images above. The original plan was to permanently mount this to the edge of a VF2 mill table to allow for off angle drill and tapping without having to refixture parts. Phase 2 High Precision 12 Horizontal/Vertical Rotary Table with CNC Servo Motor
This is a NOS Phase 2 Horizontal/Vertical 12 Rotary Table. They still make this identical unit. This is a super high precision rotary table. I have had it for a number of years but it has never been used other than coming out of the box. I built a CNC conversion for it which is included. You can use the manual handle it came with or attach a stepper motor for use as a CNC 4th axis. This is an exceptionally heavy duty, precision unit! Phase 2 still manufactures this unit and spare parts are available if needed. As well you can still get the accessory tail stock that matches it. It has a high precision vernier readout on the handle with adjustable preload for zero backlash operation. This is Phase II part number 221-312. CNC control is just a stepper motor, you will have to attach your own controller.
