Our Rotary Table HV4 is having a Table Diameter : 110 mm (4-3/8). Table Height: 80 mm (3 -1/8). Worm Gear Ratio – 1:90, which means that 1 handle rotation shall turn the table by 4 Degrees. Centre Bore of the Table MT2. Table Graduated 360 Degrees. Handwheel graduated in seconds. Vernier scale is caliberated to 10 seconds. 2 Oiling Points for a direct lubrication of the Table for longer life & better performance. Can be clamped in Horizontal as well Vertical Position. It is combined with a high Quality 80 mm 3 Jaw Self centering chuck body made from SG Iron & Jaws are of Tool steel hardened & ground. A set of reversible jaws is supplied extra. Supplied with a mounting back plate, fixing tee nuts with screws, 80 mm Self Centering Chuck, Tailstock for HV4 and HV6, & Indexing Plate Set. Designed to fit our 3 or 4 Rotary table with either 3 or 4 slots. The Back plate has been drilled in a manner that it will fit to a 3 slot or a 4 slot rotary table. The recess of the back plate is machined perfectly to fit the recess of the chuck to avoid any play. Fit to our HV4 and HV6, Tilting Rotary Tables 100 mm. Plate 1 – 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20. Plate 2 – 21, 23, 27, 29, 31, 33. Plate 3 – 37, 39, 41, 43, 47, 49. Comes complete with Necessary Screws, Washers & handles. Tailstock for HV4 & HV6. Its made of good Quality of Cast Iron. Height is adjustable from 80 mm to 110 mm. It is used on our HV4 & HV6 ROTARY TABLE. It is USED WHEN BETWEEN CENTRE WORK IS REQUIRED.
