Worm- Gear Ratio – 36:1, which basically means that the 1 rotation of the handle shall rotate the table by 10 degrees. Table scale is calibrated in 5 degree increement. Can be used both in horizontal & vertical position. Supplied with a ER 16 Collet Adapter that can be mounted directly on the rotary table. The base plate has a spigot extension to guide into the center of the table in order to achieve higher accuracies. Base plate is drilled in a manner that it can fit both 3 as well as 4 slot rotary table. Rotary Table 4 with 100 mm Self-Centering Chuck & Backplate. Our 4 (100 mm) Rotary Table is Designed for smaller milling machines. Table diameter 100 mm. Table is graduated 360 Degrees. Worm Gear Ratio -1:36, which means that the 1 handle rotation shall turn the table by 10 Degrees. Center Height in vertical position: 2-1/16 (50 mm approx). Hand wheel is graduated in divisions of 10 min & can be set to zero. Can be mounted both in Horizontal & vertical position. 100 mm Self Centering Chuck & Backplate. A high Quality 100 mm 3 Jaw Self centering chuck body made from SG Iron & Jaws are of Tool steel hardened & ground. A set of reversible jaws is supplied extra. Supplied with a mounting back plate & fixing tee nuts with screws. (though the picture is not showing the same). Designed to fit our 3 or 4 Rotary table with either 3 or 4 slots. The Back plate has been drilled in a manner that it will fit to a 3 slot or a 4 slot rotary table. The recess of the back plate is machined perfectly to fit the recess of the chuck to avoid any play.
