Phase II 8 CNC Rotary Table. This is a new table with a new NEMA 34 stepper motor adapted to it. The coaxial motor mount allows the eccentric worm support to still operate and the original slip-ring graduated dial (and the worm clamp) are retained. The rated accuracy is loosely defined by Phase II to be 80 which I take to be +/-40 arc seconds. The motor, when used with a stepper driver configured for 20,000 pulses per revolution, gives 0.001 degree resolution. Depending on how carefully you calibrate the table, it can easily repeat and position to well under +/- 40 arc seconds. Original hand-crank and vernier scale included. The 8 table is the perfect size for a Bridgeport-scale machine. This is newly constructed in a working shop where these converted tables are used routinely. T-nuts and lifting eye-bolts included. 6-foot, 4-conductor 16 gauge cable included. Note: Only the table and motor are included -no CNC Controller or Stepper Driver is included.
