H7506 Horizontal/Vertical Rotary Indexing Table with Chuck. Marry a rotary table with an indexing head, add a precision adjustable 3 jaw chuck, spacers and auxilary T-slot table and you’ve got the “hot” accessory for all kinds of work! This unit is supplied with 6 spacer masks and is capable of 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12 and 24 divisions with the main indexing plate. Just disengage the 90:1 worm gear, rotate the chuck to the next index setting, engage the index lever, lock the spindle and perform any number of machining operations. When you’re done, it’s so easy to index to the next position. The 24 slot main indexing plate is drilled with 11 holes so the position of the spacer plates can be changed during machining operations for different setups. It works great as a vertical and horizontal rotary table, too! Supplied with an 8 T-slot table, which can be changed in minutes. All types of circular slotting, hole patterns, even grinding can be accomplished on this indexing unit. And it’s accurate, too. The vernier scale allows readings to 10 seconds of a degree.
